Is VAT included within your pricing?
All of our pricing excludes VAT on our website, but VAT will be shown in the checkout area.
What percentage VAT will I pay on my purchases?
VAT is charged at the percentage that is set out by HMRC on all our products.
What are your delivery charges?
All orders that are being delivered to a Mainland UK address and are over £80.00+VAT will have the carriage paid.
All orders that are being delivered to a Mainland UK address and are under £80.00+VAT will be subject to £7.50+VAT GBP extra for carriage.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Our delivery time is between 3 and 5 business days from date of ordering. On some occasions this may vary and you are able to contact us directly or log in to track your order.
What methods of payment do you take?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, Sage Pay payments or Instalment Invoice Payments.
How do I set up a Trade Account?
Firstly, register for a trade account by contacting us (via e-mail or phone). We will then contact you to go through your requirements and set you up as a new customer where you will have your own individual login area and individual pricing for your requirements and all our products.
Can you deliver to a different address than my billing address?
We are able to deliver to an address that you specify as you check out on the first instance or that is saved within your Trade Account.
How do I know when you have received my order?
When we receive your order, we will send you an e-mail to the e-mail address that was typed in on registration. This will confirm the products and prices from your order.
What about ordering in bulk?
If you are looking to order in bulk, then please contact us directly and we will go through your specific requirements with you and quote you directly at the best possible prices.
