Delivery

FREE delivery on all orders over £80.00 excl. VAT.

Any orders under £80.00 excl. VAT (£96 incl. VAT) will incur a £9.50 excl. VAT delivery charge (£11.40 incl. VAT).

Orders are normally processed within one working day and dispatched the following working day. Estimated delivery is generally within 1 to 5 working days, subject to stock availability and delivery location. Any delivery dates or times provided are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Deliveries to the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Orkney, Shetland and Scottish Isles or Highlands may incur an extra Delivery Charge. Please contact us for more information.

We are unable to accept International Orders via our web site.

Orders received before 12 noon generally get processed the same day. All goods will be delivered within the statutory performance period of 30 days (from the date of payment).

Please contact Calabash Mint Limited to enquire about our installation services and charges. Please note, we are unable to provide installation services for all our products in all regions of the UK.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their supplied address details are correct at time of purchase, as we cannot be held responsible for incorrect or non-delivery due to customer error.

Calabash Mint Limited strives to deliver all customers' orders complete. For logistics purposes, customers might receive orders partially and/or on different dates. Customers might also get an incomplete number of units ordered but all these items will be specified as "to follow".

All packages are safely wrapped with appropriate packing materials. In the unlikely event that goods are damaged during delivery, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible and, where possible, within 48 hours of delivery so that we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution. This notification request does not affect your statutory rights. We will supply replacements free of charge, or — if we are unable to replace the items — a full refund to the value of the damaged item(s).

Vouchers

Vouchers will be emailed once criteria have been met. Vouchers apply to the amount spent excluding VAT. Vouchers can be used at www.calabashmint.co.uk only.

Please enter your voucher code at checkout. Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer, discount or promotional price.

Returns Policy

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible on 020 7371 9500 Option 1. Our lines are open between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. Please have your order number and postcode to hand.

If you placed an order and wish to cancel for any reason after the goods have been dispatched to you or you have received them, you must return them to us. You must return the goods to us at FAO RETURNS, Calabash Mint Ltd (Returns), Unit 16, Red Lion Road, Red Lion Business Park, Tolworth, KT6 7QD. If you are exercising your right to change your mind you must send off the Goods within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel the order.

We will pay the costs of return if the goods are faulty or misdescribed, or if you are ending the order because we have told you of an error in pricing or description, a delay in delivery due to events outside our control or because you have a legal right to do so as a result of something we have done wrong, or you are a consumer who has had the goods delivered to their home and the goods are, by their nature, not capable of being returned by post. In all other circumstances you must pay the costs of return.

We will refund you the price you paid for the goods (including delivery costs if you are a consumer), by the method used for payment. However, if you are exercising your right to change your mind we may reduce your refund of the price (excluding delivery costs) to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods, if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted in a shop. If we refund you the price paid before we are able to inspect the Goods and later discover you have handled them in an unacceptable way, you must pay us an appropriate amount.

We will make any refunds due to you as soon as possible. If you are exercising your right to change your mind then your refund will be made within 14 days from the day on which we receive the goods back from you or, if earlier, the day on which you provide us with evidence that you have sent the goods back.

Payment

On our website, all prices are in Pounds Sterling.

Full payment is required prior to dispatch.

Payment shall be made at the net invoice value, without any deductions, upon receipt of a pro-forma invoice or by supported credit card at time of ordering.

Failure by the Buyer to make punctual payment shall entitle us to suspend any outstanding deliveries, or to cancel the contract so far as it remains unperformed at our option, and without prejudice to our rights to claim for the price of goods already delivered or manufactured at the date of cancellation, and for loss or injury occasioned thereby.

We accept the following cards: Visa, MasterCard and Maestro. Subject to the other provisions of these Terms, the company shall not be liable for any loss, whether direct or consequential, economic or loss of profits or otherwise, arising directly or indirectly out of any delay in the delivery of the goods.

Requests by a Customer for cancellation or amendment of any order or for the rescheduling of delivery will only be considered by the Company in writing and shall be subject to the written acceptance of the Company. If cancelled or rescheduled at the request of the customer, the customer shall indemnify the Company against all loss, costs (including the cost of labour and overheads incurred), damages, charges and expenses arising out of the order and cancellation.
