Returning Unwanted Goods

We will gladly issue a full refund for any unwanted merchandise that is returned to us within 30 days of purchase. All items must be returned to us in a resaleable condition and in the original packaging.

Returning Faulty Goods

In the rare event that the goods you receive are damaged or faulty, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible and, where possible, within 48 hours of delivery by calling 020 7371 9500 or emailing admin@calabashmint.co.uk. We will then arrange to send out replacements as soon as possible or process the refund.
