Delivery

FREE Delivery on ALL orders over GBP 50.00 excl VAT.

Any orders under GBP 50.00 excl VAT (GBP 60 incl VAT) will incur a GBP 4.00 excl VAT delivery charge (GBP 4.80 incl VAT).

Orders are processed within one working day and then shipped the following working day of receipt of payment. You can expect delivery normally in 1 day, and up to 3 to 5 working days subject to stock.

Deliveries to the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of White, Orkney, Shetland and Scottish Isles or Highlands may incur an extra Delivery Charge. Please contact us for more information.

We are unable to accept International Orders via our web site.

Orders received before 12 noon generally get processed the same day. All goods will be delivered within the statutory performance period of 30 days (from the date of payment).

Please contact Calabash Mint Limited to enquire about our installation services and charges. Please note, we are unable to provide installation services for all our products in all regions of the UK.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their supplied address details are correct at time of purchase, as we cannot be held responsible for incorrect or non-delivery due to customer error.

Calabash Mint Limited strives to deliver all customer’s orders complete. For logistics purposes, customers might receive orders partially and/or on different dates. Customers might also get incomplete number of units ordered but all these items will be specified as ‘to follow’.

All packages are safely wrapped with appropriate packing materials. In the unlikely event of breakages in shipping, please notify us within 48 hours. We will supply replacements free of charge, or- if we are unable to replace the items- a full refund to the value of the damaged item(s).

Vouchers

Vouchers will be emailed once criteria have been met. Voucher applies to amount spent excluding VAT. Vouchers can be used at www.cibshygienesupplies.com only.

Please enter voucher code at checkout. Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer/discount/promotional price.

Returns Policy

You may cancel your order prior to shipment or within 7 working days of delivery. (Working days exclude weekends and public holidays). Notification of cancellation must be in written form (by letter or email), notification by telephone is not sufficient. (This is in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000). Notification of cancellation may be sent via email info@calabashmint.co.uk or by post to Calabash Mint Limited, Unit 16, Red Lion Business Park, Red Lion Road, Tolworth, Surrey, KT6 7QD, United Kingdom.

Payment

On our website, all prices are in Pounds Sterling.

Full payment is required prior to dispatch.

Payment shall be made at the net invoice value, without any deductions, upon receipt of a pro-forma invoice or by supported credit card at time of ordering.

Failure by the Buyer to make punctual payment shall entitle us to suspend any outstanding deliveries, or to cancel the contract so far as it remains unperformed at our option, and without prejudice to our rights to claim for the price of goods already delivered or manufactured at the date of cancellation, and for loss or injury occasioned thereby.

We accept the following cards: Visa, MasterCard and Maestro. Subject to the other provisions of these Terms, the company shall not be liable for any loss, whether direct or consequential, economic or loss of profits or otherwise, arising directly or indirectly out of any delay in the delivery of the goods.

Requests by a Customer for cancellation or amendment of any order or for the rescheduling of delivery will only be considered by the Company in writing and shall be subject to the written acceptance of the Company or if cancelled or rescheduled at the request of the customer, then the customer shall indemnify the Company against all loss costs (including the cost of labour and overheads incurred), damages, charges and expenses arising out of the order and cancellation.
